TX Law - Insurance Claims

Under Texas law (Texas Insurance Code Chapter 707 / HB 2102), roofing companies are required to bill at least the exact amount approved by your insurance company (RCV).

It is illegal (a Class B misdemeanor) for a contractor, AND the homeowner, to cover, discount, or rebate any part of your insurance deductible.
